I know who to create sections etc , that I know very well.

The first thing that needs to be done is to create a mysql data base on your hosting account.
Next you need to modify the config.php.new in the uploads>includes folder with the information from your mysql database.
Then, upload all of the files in the uploads folder to your ftp site.
Then run the install program.
